It's Time To Design Our GUI

The G.U.I is the "graphic user interface" meaning the design of the actual software interface. Designing a great looking GUI not only makes it easy for users to use, but also presents your software at a higher perceived value meaning you can charge higher prices and also will help you to convert more website visitors into buyers!

In this section I'm going to show you both how to 'Do It Yourself' and also, how to get the GUI designed by an outsourcer. Watch this quick video below and then lets get things moving!

Creating your GUI (Part 1)

When planning your GUI, a good thing to do is, take a look at similar software applications related to what you will be developing to give you some ideas on how to design and layout your GUI. Also taking a screenshot of similar GUI's is a good thing to do which  you can then open that screenshot in photoshop and recreate the layout and some of the features to help you get started.
